You will be exercising to the music designed to help build your muscle strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. During the class you will use hand held weights, resistance bands and a SilverSneakers ball. Participants will have a chair for our seated exercises and for standing support.
So come and join the party!
BodyPump will help you get there. BoryPump incorporates a barbell workout to help get you lean, toned and fit. We use light to moderate weights with continuous repetitions. You will get a total body workout with this class.
